I supply photo books to my clients via Photo2print. On ordering a photo book from Photo2print, you do send proofs to them(photo2print) that all is in order with the book. I will then send proofs to my client to approve and we all then do expect to receive the photo book the same as proofs(as ordered)! No!! on receiving the book there was a extra page in the book with their (photo2print) logo-branding and contact details on, the 1st thing the client asked me, that wasn't in the proof you sent me and why a whole page I could have put more photo's on. It's a personalized sports photo book and he doesn't want it in the book?? On communicating with photo2print I was told they(photo2print) have been doing this for 15 years and it is there right as a company to do that, and no need to inform their clients about the branding?? Fine, but then make sure it shows like this in the proof and let clients know they have the right to remove it not just ASSUME it's ok Sitting with a personalized photo book that my client don't want and Photo2print don't want to help me!! I guess I will be looking for a other Photo Book company?
