Poorest service

I'm having quite a horrible interaction with Phumelela Gaming. I mistakenly transferred a large amount of money into my betting account early in December. I have been trying to withdraw it since, and no one there seems to be attending to my emails. I now even regret opening the betting account. What a frustration!
