Been robbed at Phumuza Lodge

One month ago we book for four nights. What a disaster. We've been robbed at one o clock in the morning. The thief run away when I start yelling, with my phone and a laptop. The owner shout at us that she is Not resposible for safety of quests. What a poor joke is the electric gate in front,, and no fences to the back. The police come out the next morning,, big friends with the owner.

One month later and no case number further, the docket dissappear from the police! This people work with their workers! They refuse to give our money back, get rid of us as quick as possible. Beneath the fact that this camp and the so called chalets is ****gy, dirty and the owners not trustworthy I would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away from this place, as far as you can.
