Pasop vir Phumuza Lodge. Jou veiligheid is jou eie probleem!
Hoe is dit moontlik dat klagtes oor hierdie plek delete word? Skelms, inbrekers in die nag, 'n veiligheidswag voor en agter 'n hoofweg na oral. Oneerlike eienaars? Was die polisie wat die' voorval 'moes ondersoek ook 'n leun? Gaan al hulle swak terugvoering maar net toegesmeer word? Ek skaam my vir mense wat toestemming gee om gaste te besteel.. Onthou mense wat daar inboek is verantwoordelik vir jul eie veiligheid en 'n waaier, on die bloedig hitte, buite stort waar jy afgeloer kan word, vol paddas, Nee regtig, skandelik verby!

Been robbed after midnight in this camp
We've been robbed in this scary place. 12.30 in the morning, he just come in, take my phone and laptop and ran when I woke up. Mrs owner? Why don't you lock your doors, in a heat wave with no working fans? With an electric gate in front and at the back an open path to the township? Now 3months later the SAP don't find ant docket. Why? They are friends, they cover each other Rob and steal from their stupid customers. Watch out!

Been robbed at Phumuza Lodge
One month ago we book for four nights. What a disaster. We've been robbed at one o clock in the morning. The thief run away when I start yelling, with my phone and a laptop. The owner shout at us that she is Not resposible for safety of quests. What a poor joke is the electric gate in front,, and no fences to the back. The police come out the next morning,, big friends with the owner. One month later and no case number further, the docket dissappear from the police! This people work with their workers! They refuse to give our money back, get rid of us as quick as possible. Beneath the fact that this camp and the so called chalets is ****gy, dirty and the owners not trustworthy I would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away from this place, as far as you can.

<p>Account was paid in full in 2015. still shown outstanding, bad credit on my name. Try to explain to staff, but they refuce to listen, they work according to policy, no client care. Make a joke amongst their colleges. Maybe I was invisabIe at that time? believe I can be assisted as I state my case. Reciepts available as prove. Kolande branch., no manager available, only one male clerk, who I believe is the owner of the bank. 18 April 2017</p>
