Pathetic service
They don't even deserve a single star. No wonder they don't respond to Caz they know that they are not registered on hello Peter . I made contact with them asking from the date I give them the money how long will it take for them to clear my credit score they said 14 days . The Amazing thing is since the 26th November last year they have not yet done. Up on calling them kn multiple accasions she told me in December that she does not do magic . She made empty promises and gets annoyed by her own customers. No follow-up was done by this company . I called them this year with jo luck she only answered her phone once on the 13th January where she told me she was struggling with Ackermans I mean when j checked my credit profile this lady has not touch my staff Caz MTN and another loan was not done after that she did not even answer their phones. +27 60 347 8358 . Last communication from them is when I called her on Friday she sent me a message saying she is in court. Guys I am really frustrated with this company they don't do any follow-up with their customers she does not even respond to watts up no emails and sms. Someone please help how do I deal with such incompetence. I trusted them that they would help me but now they are making things worse for me
