Delta does not deserve a single star. My first experience was so pathetic I booked a return ticket for Saturday? I received an sms stating that my bus has been suspended and will available the Sunday same time if I want a refund I should email to bookings@mydeltabus.net. till today I did not rec any feedback
I am really disappointed with MBD poor service. I mean I have sent them an email in December requesting for my settlement letter nothing I am trying to pay my woolworths account. Not sure why they are refusing to send me my settlement letter
They don't deserve a single star. I have requested to cancel my contract with them and they are still debiting my bank account. They really messed my life last month I really dispise this company and I will be opening a ***** case against them as I have made it clear that they must cancel my contract
Their service, when I spoke to the sales consultended I told him that it need to be r4500 and he said it will take 11 months to my surprise to my surprise they debited r6666 I sent email to Siphokazi on the same say they debited which was on Saturday she came back to me Monday needing account number or statements for woolworths. She called woolworths after that she explained to me that it will take 2 years I explained to her how this has affected me . Already my comm was cut in half which mean I only received half of my salary my daughter's transport not paid and I am working from home my wifi not paid. I even sent an email the same day last week Monday if you are unable to refund me the difference then cancel my contract with their company. I have been calling them everyday since last week taking airtime in advance the last time I spoke to Siphokazi she asked to hold for her manager call cut off because I run out of airtime. I called again on Friday I was transferred to Adim department where I spoke to a very arrogant and rude who told the person who deals with a refund was off the whole week and I requested for cancelation after the money was distributed and the more I explained to her that the 27th was on Saturday and debit order was done same day she argued with me that the 27th was on Thursday . MIlaw service is pathetic . This thing has affected me negatively . Where I am unable to work at all I have Un authorized leave and my daughter has been to school. I really regret coming to MI law. They are the worse legal company
I placed an order Sunday and the driver didn't even attempt to call me or deliver the next thing is I rec a msg Monday saying they have tried to deliver. Today I have finished working at 12:30 stayed at work waiting for the driver I saw a mi's call on my fine it says 2 minutes ago when I called the driver he was in Constantia already i run out of airtime I call back again no answer then got a miss call a lady answered the I am waiting for my order she said she is in Constantia I must waiting for tomorrow the next thing order has been canceled. The Bible is a gift to some who is suppose to rec it this weekend. Takealot does not want to take accountability for their poor servive
I would like to thank mymoena leukes for a job weldone while dealing with me. She was patient, empathetic towards me. Even though i was upset, shouting and rude. She did not take it personally, my anger towards the store in Wynber did not stop her from doing her job. She is really an asset in your company. I really wish Lewis can employ more people like her. Also would like to thank Fundiswa from the Wynberg branch for her kindness, willingness to listen to me and assist me and the reassurance to assist me. My sales consultant Zulfa is also excellent unfortunately this was not in her control enhance she was unable to help Caz I know that if it was she would have helped me. Even though I will never shop at Lewis anymore but this 3 ladies they deserve an award especially mymoena. It's difficult to find someone like her. In Xhosa we say ndikukhululela umqwazi ngomsebenzi omhle.
I am really dissatisfied with the service that I am receiving from Lewis in Wynberg cape Town. On the 3rd January I comp**** a claims form with the lady called Tracy I gave her everything. On the 26th February I went to do a followup I was informed by the store manager that my claim was approved and needed to come the following day to collect my sound bar. I could not come the following day due to my work and went there this morning. Tracey asked me I received an sms I informed her that the store manager informed claim was approved. She fiddle with her pc and some paper and told me the store manager is busy with my file. To my shock she was calling the insurance company and they have never received my documents and the store does not even know where is my documents. I mean really this is so pathetic. I had to call my self today to findout what is happening and she was waiting for Fundi who was outside for collection. I am without any music system and I am paying for it. If I miss 1 payment I will be receiving calls asking when will I be making the payment but they don't honor their word. Your service is very pathetic. Now must wait for another month. Lewis does not care about their customers they treat us as numbers
I contacted Woolworth my self in the beginning of February explaining why the account was not paid in December due to the fact that the was a house *******, where they took everything including bank card I was gun pointed. In January I only worked 2 weeks and I asked them to debit my account on the 27th of February I inform them I will pay r400. Now I get a shocking call saying that I have been handover to the lawyers. What is the point of making arrangements it's not Even 3 months it's 2 months December and January. They even responded to my email acknowledging my arrangements.
Thier service is very pathetic . I submitted my forms on the 18th May I called did multiple follow up with them given incorrect information that they never received my forms . All to findout their admin did. I called them in June followed up on the 18July I was informed that they need tax number copy my ID and bank statement I emailed.to thier admin to to collect who advise he has received it. Last will I was informed that they were waiting for sars now they claimed the called.me o Thursday in which they did not. They don't even bother to call back . Called promised to call.me and he did not their admin don't even respond to thier emails.
Their service is so pathetic I bought I twintab washing machine 2 months ago and it does jot drain water I lodge a complaint via the sale agent and I even went to their store they promised to send someone in which they did not till today. I spoke to the store manager on Monday who also made a false promise. I am really disappointed with their service I mean I am new customer and they don't jonotheir promises. It's the lewis store in Cape Town Wynberg
