Bad after sales service

This is a plea for help... Unblock my number and assist me with my battery that you sold to me on the 29th of September 2022. this Lithium battery that you said last between 5 to 10 years will not see the end of this year.

i have reported this problem to you less than a week after buying the system from you and all i received was empty promises, you need to replace this battery. this cannot carry on any longer.
