Bad service

Absolute bad service. We booked a sit prior tonight’s rugby final, but were not sitted because “people just came in and took our seats”. What is the point of making a booking if one will struggle like that? Final or not, they should honestly train to better handle such situations. What was even worse is the manager running away from speaking to us and the waiter literally saying he is afraid of calling the manager. What nonsense is that honestly!
