Unapologetically pathetic service. The ques get long and they open one till, while the other teller is roaming around the store, the guy they have as a teller always makes mistakes, charges incorrectly because for some reason they haven't got a barcode scanner for their register so they have to scroll in order to register. The last time I had to go withdraw cash because their paypoint device malfunctions at every two payments. The guy who runs the store has a shebeen queen attitude every time a person asks about these things.
