Unapologetically pathetic service
Unapologetically pathetic service. The ques get long and they open one till, while the other teller is roaming around the store, the guy they have as a teller always makes mistakes, charges incorrectly because for some reason they haven't got a barcode scanner for their register so they have to scroll in order to register. The last time I had to go withdraw cash because their paypoint device malfunctions at every two payments. The guy who runs the store has a shebeen queen attitude every time a person asks about these things.

Unapologetically pathetic service. Good customer service
Good customer service in Town centre the staff are friendly and the manager is so sweet. I bought my product I was still at work I asked them to keep for me I went back to collect later when I knock off they are so loyal and sweet

Good customer service

Picardi Rebel is PATHETIC
I went to the Picardi store in Atlantis on the 25 th , after standing outside for almost an hour I was still not helped , the service is absolutely pathetic with very *********** staff on duty . I for one will never go near a Picardi Rebel bottle store and will advice others not to support such a useless *********** shop

Picardi Rebel - poor customer service
They do not respond to customer who submits a complaint to their helpline. Offering poor quality products under their own brand name and not taking responsibility for the poor packaging of the product which is sold to clients
