Rude and unmannered staff. I was walking on the pedestrian walking to the shopping center in Atlantis and a Fidelity van reversed into a parking bay and one of the rude guards got out and stood on the pavement telling the pedestrians to walk into traffic around the van as we can't use the walkway ,bIbtold him I am 60 with a walking imperement and the guard was rude and forcefully blocked the walkway while muttering racialvslurs about whites not owning the country. The Fidelity Group is really a disgrace and their staff are extremely rude and ******
Extremely bad service and almost impossible to contact to resolve an issue. Regardless how many emails you send or messages you leave on WhatsApp just no answer . On the web site they have a phone number but no one answers unless you type 1 for new sales but existing clients are treated very poorly. They so quick to debit your account but completely useless in fixing a problem . Be warned WebAfrica is completely pathetic
Strauss Daly Attorneys are so useless and unprofessional they do not do their homework regarding information given to them from useless companies like FNB and then go on a mission calling and messaging people regarding FNB credit card payment and every time they call me i explain the person they asking for does not own the number they called . I have had my number for over 4 years but the next day they will call again and send another message . I really feel sorry for people that rely on Strauss Daly as they are completely useless and seem to have extremely *********** staff and management . Avoid this pathetic and useless firm of so called attorneys , they are clowns
FNB is so *********** and unprofessional they do not do their homework regarding credit card clients and just hand accounts over to a even more *********** so called debt collection company Amanda.Mokoena@straussonline.co.za these retards call me continuously and send stupid messages to my phone regardless of how many times I Have explained the person they looking for does not have that number as I have had it for more than 4 years and have never had a credit card from FNB so before banking with FNB think twice if you want to deal with such an *********** bank
Absolutely the worst internet provider in SA , every month after paying your service is suspended and then you have to battle with this pathetic RSAWEB to have your service restored. Every month . Avoid RSAWEB they are extremely bad
the service is absolutely pathetic from stores right up to head office . I went into the Cash Crusaders in Atlantis yesterday at the buy shop , over two hours waiting to be helped and only 4 people in front of me . Staff would rather chat to each other or sit on their cell phones than help customers using the excuse internet is down but how useless is the staff if they cant even help someone without internet . on returning home I actually logged a complaint with head office and also no response , Cash Crusaders is an absolute joke that offer very unprofessional service and their staff has no respect for customers . AVOID CASH CRUSADERS , DISGUSTING SERVICE
Standard Bank Atlantis is absolutely the worst bank you can ever go to . I had to pay a Standard bank account and because of previous bad service received at their dirty unmaintained ATM`s { case No. 41422196 } that take your money without giving a receipt and causing you the inconvenience of going into bank and filling out forms for over an hour and then waiting for how many days for Standard bank to rectify their mistake I went in the branch to pay at the teller but due the the poor unprofessional service at Standard Bank I was told they were not going to help me and I must deposit at the useless ATM outside the bank even though the teller inside had no customers at all . Standard Bank your service is absolutely pathetic
I went to the Picardi store in Atlantis on the 25 th , after standing outside for almost an hour I was still not helped , the service is absolutely pathetic with very *********** staff on duty . I for one will never go near a Picardi Rebel bottle store and will advice others not to support such a useless *********** shop
Nedflix service is absolutely pathetic , they took the monthly subscription off my back account on the 06/11/2024 now today 08/11/2024 when attempting to open Nedflix they tell me my membership has expired and trying to contact Nedflix to resolve the issue is almost impossible as the head office is in USA , be warned Nedflix is not a honest company and subscribing to them will cost you a lot of money for no service and major headaches
Please be aware that Capitec Bank service is very poor and they can not be trusted to look after your money as they allow anyone to debit your account and if you approach the bank regarding a discrepancy Capitec is not interested and do not reverse the amount but rather tell you to contact the ******* that took money to return it , really . Unluckily I had the misfortune of dealing with the The Unlimited and Capitec this morning , Pathetic and dishonest service from both of these mickey mouse companies , avoid them both
