My daughter took her cell phone to be repaired, last Thursday. She was told that she needs to pay a fee of R500 and when she received it back, it was still broken. She was then told, that she needs to pay an extra R200 for it to be fixed again. So what did my daughter pay the R500 fee for in the first place?
And what is the extra R200 for? The worst part is that after making both payments she was handed back a broken phone and told that for it to be fixed again, she needs to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE!!!!!
These people are ripping off their clients and it's not the first incident of them taking money for repairs only to return broken goods!! They must not get away with this and should be closed down
!
