I made an eft to Onecart in error by clicking the incorrect beneficiary 39 Jul R2199.31. I sent daily requests for a refund. On 20 Aug I sent pop and a bank confirmation letter and was told refund to be processed in 5 days. 26 Aug the finance department confirms the payment and says my bank must do the reversal. Which cannot happen as the funds have already cleared .
I wanted a new screen protector It was done . then it started to lift on either side with air bubbles The owner is a very arrogant foreigner from Pakistan He Refused to redo the screen and said go lay a charge with the police He demanded another R100 to fit a new one They are not registered for VAT as they do not issue tax invoices defrauding SARS
When make a purchase you expect Full DISCLOSURE and ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Vodacom Midlands PMB is seiective in this rega4ds. I purchased a screen protector. Was told pay R349 and its valid for 6 months at any store. FALSE. Its not valid in CPT. Go back to Midlands Vodacom. We cannor recover. Unless you bring the original protector. Mine was thrown away. Saleslady DID NOT add this as a TnC. Managers response..."tough ****. Go report us!"
on 2 Nov 2018 I decided to try the TAXIFY The app said that I would be charged provisionally to validate the credit card details and the charge would be REVERSED 3 Nov credit card is debited with R23 NO REVERSALS done despite several emails to ********** Support from Mohale and AVE - there is no contact number This is theft as I did not use the transport offered by TAXIFY !!
Swarofski crystals have a 2 year warranty I purchased a ring at Swaroski Woodlands Malls A crystal fell off 4 months later . I made a visit to have the ring replaced or exchanged for an item of the same value , and the manageress has delayed the process blaming the head office for lack of feedback . I was told it would take a week to resolve . 2 weeks later I had to call back for a response . More excuses , more delays !! As a store you should be able to make independent decisions . At this point it seems the WARRANTY is USELESS . DYLAN STRUWER - CONSUMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT offered no help either.
