I have now had a few incidents with Bolt where money on a cancelled ride was taken and not been returned its been nearly 3 weeks now...today they charged me twice for a ride I took in thr week and nobody from support is assisting me...why should I wait 14days for my money to be returned???

I especially want to rate my last driver,Thanyani Patrick registration KJ12VPGP...he's awesome ,he's understanding and very patient. even when I couldn't pay his tip as promised ,he didn't freak out . amazing experience

Selfish driver after making money its day 5 today, she still has my house keys. Requested ride to the mall of the south. My daughter forgot the key in the car. We only realised when we got home, 2 hours later. When we called the driver, yes she`s got the keys, but did not bother call to notify us, we could have asked her to come back whilst she is still closer. Now we cant even get hold of her cause she blocked the guy that helped me request. So een if we want to collect from her wherever she is we cant. She still has my house keys. Anything happen to me she will be held responsible. Driver name Luleka Mtshemla Car model Suzuki DZIRE Car reg. KS84MHGP This is a shameful ridiculous service running after R86.00. BOLT is ****ming us people. Please be very vigilant, I am using card payment, I requested a ride then the drive cancelled it, I was charged for cancelation then for a ride I didn't take, I lodged a Complain, I received an automated message that said it takes a maximum of 14days to be paid, today its day 15 without me getting my money back, and it happened again for the second time, where I cancelled the trip, only to find out my ride money was already taken.As am talking to you now, bolt owes me more than R300. If you don't have money in your account and they take that money, before the ride happens, and they claim to replace it in 14 days, what should happen with you?BOLT is putting our lives at risk.

Recently, I have found that Bolt is not a company that serves its communities with integrity. While booking a ride, I chose the best option for me. However, I find lately that the rides are not confirmed, and you are "blackballed" into increasing the offer of the fare you have chosen. Drivers cancel rides midway through, and you are left having to waste time rebooking. This could be two, three, or four times before you have a chance of a driver accepting. I am now opting to use either Uber or InDrive.

Recently, I have found that Bolt is not a company that serves its communities with integrity. While booking a ride, I chose the best option for me. On the 11th of November I requested my trip was R101 and the driver cancelled when he was at the gate he said he wanted cash, I was then charged R20 for the cancellation fee however that was refunded back into my bolt account,so I then requested today so my trip was R35 they than charged me R15 because of the R20 balance, but now I Keep on getting notifications about trying to take money from my account im so angry at this stupid app and ****y service im going to delet my app im tired

I am ok no physical harm but driver dropped me off in the middle of nowhere. He said he had to go home to Alexandra, is that where he stated he stays? Are you able to send me the drivers details? So I can go and report the matter to the polic
