I contacted them in September asking to cancel my internet subscription which they charged me money for and I paid it but they continued charging me money after that for the same subscription that I paid to cancel. now they're giving me excuses instead of refunding me,telling me that they used that money for my channels subscription of which i get debited for every month ,all their consultants have different stories. they're *********** and *************...

I placed a request for return about 2 to 3 months ago but I'm still stuck with the items. they have promised multiple times to collect them but still no action. I'm reporting them to the ombudsman as soon they open in January. this is ridiculous

I don't even know where to start ,they have the worst return service ever. it's almost 2 weeks since I logged a return and to this day nothing has happened ,they keep rejecting the return and approving it. it's the most ridiculous experience ever. I'm really really angry.

I logged in a return for an item that I purchased and they delivered the wrong thing,they promised to collect it but now they sent an email to say the item is nlt returnable,how is it my fault that they didn't deliver the right item? this is ridiculous service ,at first I was happy but now I'm upset I'm taking it further

efficient ,fast and convenient service, delivery staff is friendly. I bought bags yesterday and they have arrived already ,now that's what I call customer service. it's beyond excellent .if I couls,I'd give them 100 stars...they're doing an amazing job . keep it up guys
