I have now had a few incidents with Bolt where money on a cancelled ride was taken and not been returned its been nearly 3 weeks now...today they charged me twice for a ride I took in thr week and nobody from support is assisting me...why should I wait 14days for my money to be returned???
They offered a service for a admin fee which they write in small print on contract... Thinking you will get a loan and also excepting a debi check thinking you will get money, thats the last you hear from them and now I am paying 98 for 3 months for absolutely NO SERVICE at all!
They said they would help me with a loan had to sign a debi check... Did nothing and still taking money!!!! What a disgrace that you get people like this!!
