Selfish driver after making money its day 5 today, she still has my house keys. Requested ride to the mall of the south. My daughter forgot the key in the car. We only realised when we got home, 2 hours later. When we called the driver, yes she`s got the keys, but did not bother call to notify us, we could have asked her to come back whilst she is still closer. Now we cant even get hold of her cause she blocked the guy that helped me request. So een if we want to collect from her wherever she is we cant. She still has my house keys. Anything happen to me she will be held responsible. Driver name Luleka Mtshemla Car model Suzuki DZIRE Car reg. KS84MHGP This is a shameful ridiculous service running after R86.00. Hi I had my fibre installed by Mthobisi from Openserve He was in a such a hurry, did not want to give me a chance to think where to put the fibre in the house, did not want to respond to some of the questions I asked abo the coverage. He was very impatient. After drilling there was no cleaning up till asked him, as the dirt was hidden behind the curtain. They cleaned up very angry. But they still left the dirt behind the TV cabinet where they drilled for the router. He wrote the data number on a box and left it on the table without any explanation. I only discovered as I was packing up. I had to call him to ask what this number is for. Did I have to call him as I was in the house? He just told me to call Telkom to ask for the login details. Which number do I use for this request? The router is not secured the *****s are loose as indicated in the attached pictures. Cleaning the router is therefore going to be a challenge for us with as it it falls as we touch it. Is this not going to interfere with the connections as we pull and push? Good Day I have just been to the Russel Hobbs appliance repair center. When i got there the receptionist was eating chips, she continued enjoying her chips whilst talking to me. I had my kettle and toaster in a bag. When i took them out, she said no these have been discontinued, we do not have parts. I asked her to wait before she can conclude that they need part or just repairs without replacing any parts. I showed her my toaster that it does not hold when pressing the lever down to toast. She replied yet it needs a part to be replaced for the mere fact that it does not hold. I WONDERED. This is an ordinary toaster with the same mechanism as the others, just a different make as it is touch screen to operate, not to put the bread in for toasting. I also showed her the side glass that came off from my toaster, but did not even check. It just needs gluing back to its place. I repeatedly asked if this needs parts and she insisted yes. When i took out my kettle, she was not interested as she continued with her chips. I could not ask further as she proceeded to make phone calls with me still standing there like someone who is lost. I wish i could have had a repairer called to confirm this and look at my kettle as well which i think the handle needs to be *****ed in not necessarily a new handle to replace. I am very dissatisfied and needs to take it up with management to advise. Regards Lorraine
I have a terrible experience with ADT. I currently do not have any contract with them. They are still taking money off my banking account. I had a 2 year contract in my daughters name 2015-2017. When I applied in my name, it was declined due to affordability. But the sales person Clinton John said he could change me to something else without any further explanation and did not ask me to sign for the new deal. This deal was for a 2 zone in a 5 bedroom house. I find that to be an insult.I currently have a 8 zone from my daughters contract. Without me knowing what deal it was, they took money off my account. When I enquired, nobody could explain. I have sent several emails to the head office since last year in September, still not resolved. Instead still taking money off my account, spoiling my account as sometimes there is no money in my account. Someone called me earlier this year and they sent a technician to look at my system, the technician decided to change the battery which I had no problem with. I sent an email again, with no response. I started to reverse the debit orders. I was called by Berand, I explained my issue he asked me send him all the emails which I did, that was in April 2019, no feedback yet despite follow up emails that I sent. Later in May M Cherry also called said would look into the matter, I am still waiting and they are still taking money that they cannot even explain what it s for. I do not know what to d anymore. On Wednesday 03/07/2019 they tried to take money off the account, it bounced as there was nothing. I transferred money on Thursday 04/07/2019 to use for something, they (ADT) debited my account again, and they took the money. This is like a game. Can someone please assist.
