I signed up for a Sage product after engaging with a sales representative who was responsive during the sales process. However, after moving forward and attempting to use the system, I have experienced difficulties with the demo environment and have sent multiple emails requesting assistance. Unfortunately, I have not received responses from the sales representative and communication has gone silent. I am currently trying to understand whether the issues I am experiencing are related to demo limitations and would appreciate proper guidance, onboarding support, or confirmation of the correct support channel.
Unable to Access Business Funds – No Resolution from Support or Branch
I am extremely frustrated with Bolt’s handling of my case. A driver is currently withholding my laptop, and instead of resolving the issue, Bolt is suggesting that I request and pay for another trip to collect my own item. This situation occurred through their platform, yet the cost, inconvenience, and risk are being pushed onto me. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor support and unresolved issues with Bolt. I am requesting immediate intervention to ensure my laptop is returned to me at no additional cost. This level of service is unacceptable

I signed up to study with IQ academy and agreed on a debit order of 524 monthly. Paid on the last day of the month. To my surprise I got debited a different amount in the middle of the month 17/12/2025. Which obviously is not the last day of the month. So I called their contact center to ask. I spoke to Olwethu who then tells me there is an email sent to students that in Dec debits will go off mid month. I informed her I never received the email. Now I also ask why was I debited a different amount to what I'm supposed to be paying she tells me that's in the terms and conditions of my contract which I actually never received even on the sign up day. So she continues to say the consultant I signed up with accepted those conditions on my behalf. I mean why do their consultants do that? It's *****. I want my money back. My money was taken on a non agreed date and it's not the amount I agreed on.
Why are there people working on a Saturday if then we can't get help. I need connection to work.im a freelancer I work from home everyday. But I'm told to wait for Monday to get connected.
I have a shipment stuck on the DEPO and I've been calling a countless times to follow up on delivery Nothing is ever done. On your website on shipment tracking it say delivered but not. I called many times and I was told my case has been escalated to operations manager. I asked if you have my correct address you confirmed yes the shipment will be loaded for delivery in the afternoon of Friday 7/11/25 yet nothing was delivered. I had 2 packages from another provider delivered to me the following day 8/11/25 By the courier guy So how come this specific shipment was not then delivered together with the ones I received from the other provider. To make matter worse on your shipment tracking system it says delivered.😡
I have been waiting for router delivery for the past 2 days after installation was done. When I call I keep being directed to another consultant. Yesterday 7/8/2025 I was told your payment has been allocated so you'll receive your router tomorrow 8/8 around 8am. Today 8/8 at 10:57 I call to follow up. And again I'm told as soon as your payment is allocated they will bring it. Then get transferred to another consultant who tells me no your payment is allocated but the technical team has left already without your router we apologize for that. I mean why. I need to work
I have a loan with finbond first things were going well until they started debiting me on wrong dates. I went to their branch and asked what is their reason to debit before the agreed date. They tell me because their system detects when there's funds in my account then the debits goes through. The first time this happened they promised me they will refund me the money they wrongfully deducted. The consultant made sign a refund form and promised me I'll get it by end of business on the same day but 2 months later I never got the refund ohh and they repeated to debit me whenever money goes into my account. Not on the agreed date. This is not right. I'm honouring my agreement with them but why keep taking money out of my account when not supposed to? Why lie about refunding when you know you won't? I'm disgusted. I wouldn't advice anyone to use their services. They're ******
I have a loop device from rain and for the past 20 hours I never had connection. I kept contacting their support and being told a ticket has been logged for someone to contact you 20 hours later no one has contacted me to sort out the issue.
