I bought hair iron using my vodabucks in October 2025 until to date i still haven't received it. I tried to contact vodacom several times regarding my order but am taken from pillar to post.
I had a very excellent service in Dischem that is in Clearwater mall. There was this Pharmacy assistant by the name of Sitamthamda Mahlubi. This lady was so helpful and very patience, she wanted me not to pay levies and check what is it that GEMS covers and what can I get. I haven't received my chronic meds even now from GEMS but Siya made sure that I get what I need to drink, big up to you dear, continue doing a splendid work and God bless you.
BOLT is ****ming us people. Please be very vigilant, I am using card payment, I requested a ride then the drive cancelled it, I was charged for cancelation then for a ride I didn't take, I lodged a Complain, I received an automated message that said it takes a maximum of 14days to be paid, today its day 15 without me getting my money back, and it happened again for the second time, where I cancelled the trip, only to find out my ride money was already taken.As am talking to you now, bolt owes me more than R300. If you don't have money in your account and they take that money, before the ride happens, and they claim to replace it in 14 days, what should happen with you?BOLT is putting our lives at risk.
I was a member of GEMS until they increased the money i was paying with R1700 then I decided to cancel it as it was expensive for me, especially for the fact that I also have to pay each an every hospital that was visited by me or my kids, now using my husband's medical aid(GEMS), They don't want to give me my chronic medication anymore, I sent my prescription on the 1st week of October until to date i haven't received my chronic medication. Is this a medical aid or an abattoir? #Black Friday
I have a contract with vodacom, am receiving airtime and that airtime is forever disappearing and am always told that its taken by subscriptions while am not using that Sim card to make calls, am using my other Sim as it is a dual Sim phone. I called Vodacom two weeks ago and they said they blocked the subscriptions bt all of my airtime has vanished again and they are refusing to refund it, how sure should I be that they borrow me this airtime and take it again?
South Africans, please be careful when using card payment in your Uber rides. I have been receiving messages of deductions when I didn't take a trip, right now it's worse because somebody just took R500 in my account and it doesn't appear on the app, I have only been receiving bank messages.
I have bought my kids adidas sneakers and sandals on the 22nd of November 2024 online and I received a to say couriers it will deliver my order, am still waiting even now, when I track my order it forever says it was taken back because of routing issue, I left my cell numbers, have been calling them, emailing but none is responded to.This two companies can frustrate you shame.
I wrote a review about vodacom and the insurance, up until to date I haven't received any response regarding my complain, they forever respond to say somebody will contact me but they don't.
Vodacom has dealt with me this year, it started when I wanted to cancel my cellphone contract and I was informed to wait until June, then offered data as I needed them ro beat 100GB during the day and 100GB during the night, I was then made ro pay for something I couldn't use, then my contract airtime was deducted by vodacom themselves, now am told my laptop it's not insured because it lapsed as they couldn't get funds, but the very same laptop is paid via debit order every month.
I use to love vodacom passionately so, only used it ever since ,but now, i hate ever using it.I wanted to cancel my contract because I hv everything I needed. I explained that I only needed an offer that can bit 100GB at night and 100GB during the day for R349, and I was offered 150GB during the day and 150GB during the night st R249, only to find out it's home Internet, my money was deducted for two consecutive months for what I didn't sign up for, when I waited for my problem to be solved they signed me for a contract of more than R500 that I didn't sign for and am expected to pay for it, my contract was changed without my concern and am being taken from pillar to post since May.
