Really .... These are us (2 of us) and another person in this place and the waiter was literally an hour ago to check on us. This is the worst service jirrr please decide if you want to be in the customer service business.

First of all we.. had to wait almost 2hours for our food... which means i had to take my food home qnd eat it there.. and now i found a BONE in a chicken snitzel... pathetic... service is slow and now this.. please close this place down and rather open a tuck shop...

Me and my husband went as a treat to picanha's we ordered food and while I'm stirring sauce in my food, I literally pulled out a long hair, so I asked to talk to the manager , infront of me and my husband he did give an apology but in the same breath he tells us it's a mushroom hair which I by the way know how it looks in food.......... dont try to cover up rather just own up to **** that happen, we will never go back to that place and people look for hairs because if they cant own up to that then it means it happens often.

We experienced bad service. Bad attitude and false advertising was shown towards us. The management was poor. Monday's is "children eat for free", but there was a conference in the children's play area. We had to leave the restaurant due to the poor service. You call yourself a family restaurant... And we were advised that my two year old daughter should play in the blazing heat.

We experienced bad service. Bad attitude and false advertising was shown towards us. The management was poor. Picanha Nigel is advertising on their website that they are offering a 50% discount on Tuesdays, the owner claims it hasn't been launched firstly, then came back and said it's only for sit in, but yet no term and conditions on his ad's, has terms on his kids eat free when i told him that he arrogantly told me that he will not allow it, Here is my complaint which they removed from the webpage:Had the worst experience ever at pichana nigel just now I ordered the special that they have on the internet for pizza and pastas half price biggest lie, was first told that there is no such special had to go get my laptop and show them, after that I was told they will correct it, but then the managers Dirkie and John decided that it's not for take away with the most arrogant tone after I showed them that there is no terms and conditions on their adverti*****t was told it's on the Facebook page which is also a load of bull. Thank you but no thank you for me
