Very poor service, booked and payed for a jumping castle for the 6th of december, jumping castle never arrived and kids were very dissapointed.. Asked for a refund and till this day the manager has been on leave.. NO refund and constant excuses
Bad bad bad, why does Fairsure take a client like Samancor if you are not competent enough to handle the profile.. 3 weeks waiting just for figures and no response, the owner of faisure should stop *****ing our money and go on holiday, rather try run your company
I have submitted a two pot withdrawal, now they cant process because of a previous claim that is on my profile that has been declined but not removed... Im tired of sanlam not wanting to release MY MONEY.... removing things from my profile is Sanlam's job.. start doing your job and stop damaging our lively hood.. my money is not for the boss to go on holiday... Rather come back to work and focus on your clients who pay for that holiday.....
Still no feedback.. sanlam promises to resolve the matter but nothing happens.. year end bonus coming from my money. Thats why they cant pay.. im tired of the endless empty promises from sanlam.. they close every complaint without even giving feedback or resolving the matter... SANLAM.... please employ competent people toe work with our money
Still no feedback, 13 weeks.. i have proof of the claim being submitted and no feedback, no claim.. no response, sanlam should not be a financial institution... might as well close their doors..
Good day, i have submitted a claim 6 weeks ago via a financial advisor THAT WORKS FOR SANLAM and even he cant get through or get feedback from sanlma... thats why people want to leave sanlam.. can someone get back to me and get my claim sorted.. Worst service i have ever experienced in ny life... would never recommend sanlam.. ever
First of all we.. had to wait almost 2hours for our food... which means i had to take my food home qnd eat it there.. and now i found a BONE in a chicken snitzel... pathetic... service is slow and now this.. please close this place down and rather open a tuck shop...
Always had excellent service from vumatel.. but now i have been strughling since last week just for them to activate a line.. i cant believe it has become this difficult just to press a botton on a computer and i cant believe the feedback system has become so poor..
Useless pathetic service provider.. 7 days without internet because NOBODY in the entire vox office is competant enough to switch on a pc and do a relocation.. poor service... they must close down.. and they will never refund me for the money lost because of down time... stay away from these idiots
