Very poor service, booked and payed for a jumping castle for the 6th of december, jumping castle never arrived and kids were very dissapointed.. Asked for a refund and till this day the manager has been on leave.. NO refund and constant excuses

DON'T USE 123 JUMPING CASTLES
DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT use these clowns. Booked a jumping castle on the 8th of August and received confirmation. Today comes and they were supposed to be here at 8:30. When I called, they said the guy is around the corner and will be there any minute. We waited until 9:30 still no delivery and I got told they will be here soon as they are coming from Brakpan (which is about 10 minutes away). 10:00 comes, STILL NO DELIVERY. My calls were then declined and messages were ignored. Still no response. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Absolutely shocking service.

Highly recommended Manufacturer Of Jumping Castles in South Africa
I would love to share my experience with Bluecrset I’m a 28 year old lady staying at the rural areas of Eastern Cape . I came across the advert of BlueCrest on Facebook about around end of October and decided to WhatsApp Cidwell Cause I was impressed with their prices but also I was afraid due to online ****s especially where I have to deposit money without seeing the person even worse without seeing the product also I’m very far in EC and they are at egoli. Of course I was skeptical BUT I did a thorough investigation and also asked one of my relatives who stays egoli to confirm and meet Cidwell And it all went Smoothly and I was satisfied with the legitimacy of the company . I bought a 3m* 3m just a standard jumping castle as a starter and within a space of 2-3 Weeks it was delivered by them to my house all the way from Pretoria to Eastern Cape elalini really I was so impressed and very excited and the fact that it was raining over the weekend but they managed to come and still show us how to use the jumping castle safely really made them to stand out from all the manufacturers,this jumping castle is very strong and I will also want to encourage everyone who wants to buy from Them to Buy from Cidwell You won’t regret it ,they are legit not those ****mers on Facebook .Trust me I was once in your shoes

Horrible Service. THEY CANCELED ON THE DAY WITHOUT INFORMING ME even though they had my delivery address prior to delivery. This is the 2nd time 123 jumping castles have messed me around. IN PAST THEY DOUBLE BOOKED MY CASTLE. WHEN I CALL TO QUERY THE LADY IS RUDE AND ABRUBT AND REFUSES TO RESOLVE. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

Frustrating experience
I hired: 1 x kids table and chair set 1 x jumping 20 x adult chair covers they called on the day of delivery saying they don't have enough white chair covers and can they offere alternative colours. I said ok please bring me pink, white and purple so I can see and choose the other filler colours. When received, the kids table and chairs were dirty and the table smelled like a farm - all had to be cleaned down. they didn't bring me options of other chair cover colours, just handed me a bag of 20 mixed pink and white covers and said it's 20 they didn't bring more for options. On the day of the party it was a DISASTER as I discovered they gave me 20 KIDS sized covers for chairs and not adult sized. I tried many times to get hold of Belinda and finally sent her a message - she replied quote "My driver is missing in action unfortunately I am ****m away unfortunately we won't be able to deliver the chair covers I am really sorry about. I also did not charge you for it as well. I am really sorry about this" I was left hanging - and to this day, NO refund either given that you have to pay upfront for the goods.. Very Frustrating experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Pathetic!!!!!!
NEVER trust them with delivering a jumping castle!!!! Made an online booking for my child's birthday, when I followed up on what time they will be delivering they told me they don't have a booking for me. After sending them my confirmation email I didn't even get an apology. I was left with a very disappointed child. Pathetic service!

Fantastic Service
I was very suprised to see all of these bad reviews. I have used this company about five times over the last three years and the service has been oustanding every time. Delivery times are always communicated to me via SMS a few days prior to delivery and its arrives every time as promised. Some of the the jumping castles are pretty well used but kids dont care. its just us adults that think it should look new.
