HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible Service. THEY CANCELED ON THE DAY WITHOUT INFORMING ME even though they had my delivery address prior to delivery. This is the 2nd time 123 jumping castles have messed me around. IN PAST THEY DOUBLE BOOKED MY CASTLE. WHEN I CALL TO QUERY THE LADY IS RUDE AND ABRUBT AND REFUSES TO RESOLVE. STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

Samsung Ridiculous Policies
Samsung repair centre Sandton as well as call centre is extremely unhelpful. They could not assist with a repair to a phone still under warranty. Now stuck with a phone that has a manufacturing fault, Samsung wants to charge an arm to fix. That's still on contract.

Telephone lines down
Telkom Lines in the Linden area have been down for over a week now with no progress. Both chat and call Centre is non existant if u not willing to wait hours on the line.
