Does not value their clients
Vodacom does not care or respect their clients information privacy and safety!!! If you want to do an upgrade online you have to give a complete stranger a copy of your ID and proof of residence. No wonder there is so many cases of *****!!!! Not even the banks require your personal documents to be given to anybody. Waiting to cancel.........

Unreliable and untrustworthy
Takealot has become unreliable. From sending incorrect items to adding an additional week for delivery and not being able to cancel the order. Takealot went from best e-commerce retailer to most unreliable and untrustworthy.

Pathetic customer services and incomplete product delivered!!
Rather shop somewhere else like Superbalist or @Home where you get customer service and you Save yourself a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth and your issue is still not resolved. They have incompetent people sending incomplete products then it becomes your problem of returning the item and they couldn't care less!!!!

Rather shop somewhere else like Superbalist or @Home where you get customer service and you Save yourself a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth and your issue is still not resolved. They have incompetent people sending incomplete products then it becomes your problem of returning the item and they couldn't care less!!!!

Pathetic!!!!!!
NEVER trust them with delivering a jumping castle!!!! Made an online booking for my child's birthday, when I followed up on what time they will be delivering they told me they don't have a booking for me. After sending them my confirmation email I didn't even get an apology. I was left with a very disappointed child. Pathetic service!

Stealing money!!!
Not even worth a star!!! Do not insure with Budget Insurance!!!! I canceled my policy om the 29th of September 2021 the consultant assured me the policy is canceled and I will not be debited again!!!! Come end of October only to find out they took money from my account and I am still waiting for my confirmation of cancelation. Do not trust them!!!!!!

Thieves!!!!!
Thieves!!!! They are very quick in the sales department to take your money but when it comes to cancellation they are incompetent beyond words. I have been trying to cancel my tracking for more than a month now as I sold my vehicle. I had to email cancellations but never got a response. When I try to call them I am on hold for more than 20min. They keep on deducting money!!!!! Do not trust them.

Pathetic service!!!
Placed an order online only for them to take our money but the order did not go through. I phoned customer services they never got back to me, phoned them again only to hear once again they will get back to me......... 2 weeks later still no call back and no feedback........ Pathetic service!!!!
