I ordered groceries on Saturday but a lot of items were missing, so I sent an email and I phoned a consultant, the consultant said they will forward my issue and it will be sorted. I recieved absolutely no response the next day so I sent another email and only recieved automated responses. No one at pick n pay is willing to help, it's so bad they started hanging up mid call. I haven't recieved my items as of yet and no refund, this is devastating. They are quick to take your money and slow to fix their mistakes. I've even gone in store to sort the issue out, I was greated with attitude by staff members. Glenvista shopping mall.
