Misrepresentation of services - shocking water damaged and broken pieces

Calling out the shocking state of services by #Pickfords #Storage who for 11 years have taken my money for storage services. The absolute neglect of large furniture pieces as well as the extensive water damage on all items is absolutely shocking.

When calling out the state of the goods the simple answer was we don't know how its possible as all items are stored in secured containers. Well you @ JHB Pickfords South Africa are misrepresenting your company and its values and assurances of safe and well maintained storage , and are bare faced ******* taking peoples money for such ****-poor service.

Call out to all who see this - DO NOT consider using Pickfords South Africa for storage services and I can tell you now, if you have goods with them I suggest you move them !
