I have a TAG Heuer watch which when starting acting up took it to the shop from which it was purchased (Wolf Brothers Clearwater Mall) and was told it needed to be serviced, for a significantly large fee I agreed and had the necessary done to rectify my watch to showroom condition. That was the first time and since then my watch has been back to the same store and servicing agent as recently as Sunday for the 3rd time, every time to be told it needs to be re-calibrated and some pins or something changed.
For a quality timepiece to have to go into an agent four times in roughly a year seems to me more than just a calibration issue. I too have mailed the agent as well as the store and again wait for a response from either, the store confirmed they would come back to me as well as the only agent in South Africa however post phoning them to reiterate my complaint fobbed off saying they will look into it and revert back ... four days later I still wait.
Being that it is a TAG Heuer and quite a prestigious brand, certainly in my mind, to have the service and response to a fourth complaint merely overlooked and taken in their stride for me is an insult and I will be taking it up with TAG Heuer head office too online.
