Bad service

After taking my dog there twice in a 11 day period with both the Dr diagnoses that where different from each other leaving with tons of medication and R2000 out of pocket i still had a very sick dog. I looked like a crazy person pleading that I can see that my dog is very very sick, no compassion towards my dog nor me, no blood was drawn no intense exam was done, we where just another pet that they wanted to squeeze in get done and move on to the next one waiting in line taking your money and thinking they did a great job and filling their bank account Out of pure desperation I looked up vet who had the highest rating and most reviews and made the decision to go elsewhere. In one day my dog was diagnosed correctly with a rare decease and she has started to turn the corner. My pet is not just a quick money making thing, she is part of my family, so next time a owner tells you there is more listen.
