Pathetic Restaurant

We celebrated a 30th Birthday at ***alle on the 10th of June 2024. The waiter was supposed to deduct R425 yet he swiped thousands from my card!!! Which was negligence on their side. They said they would do a immediate payment in the morning but they **** because they only open at 5pm! No one had the decency to call me regarding my own money I had to call them!! It is now June 14th and I still have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FROM ***ALLE! Talk about Unprofessional Poor Poor Service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL SURE RUIN YOUR NIGHT! Waiters are of no help either not friendly It’s like you have to suck up to them honestly PATHETIC So now I am supposed to suffer because how should I go through the rest of the month now? And they do not care one bit!
