Pine Lodge Port Elizabeth - Disgusting

We arrived after our 9 hour drive from cpt only to get to Our rooms where. 1. There was no parking what so ever... we made a plan and parked on the verge. 2. The rooms stunk when we walked in... so we though air would sort ot out... but it was embedded in the furniture and the most disgusting carpet we have ever come across. We went for baths and walking on the capets from bathroom to bedroom our feets were black from the carpets.

3 The curtains in each bathroom/kitchen where beyond gross. Stove i would not cook on as it was sticky just unacceptable. We went to get food and came back to even more noise in the car park and music blasting this was at 23:00. Then only to climb in bed to find the 1 pillow had blood on it... it had been wasted but not properly at all.

We had decided to cut our stay there stort as we could never do another night. Which was greatly saddened my granddaughters as this was a great treat for us.

Only to check out in the am and the reception staff were not at all surprised... she did say a manager would contact me but surprisingly nothing transpired. We are shocked beyond words as the pictures on the website were NOTHING like the room we had. And I can not believe this was rated a 4 star... i will be finding out who rates this as this was behind a joke.
