Unacceptable Service

We made use of the facilities on the night of 30th December 2022. To our dismay the condition of the rooms and surroundings were not acceptable:

1. The curtains had holes in them. 2. The "braai area" was not cleaned. Bones from the previous occupants were lying on the floor and in the braai. 3. There was a broken tile in the bathroom. 4. Towels were only delivered an hour after arrival. 5. The garden was unkept. You could see that the grass was not cut for a while. 6. There was litter under the wooden deck. 7. The carpets in the rooms were not clean, had brown stains. 8. There was a black bag left on the ground opposite the unit which caused monkeys scattering rubbish all over. Even though warnings are up all around the lodge. 9. Our neighbours played music after the cut-off time.

This is just some of our concerns mentioned.

We definitely would not recommend this facility.
