More like a hit and run now

Last year November my car was hit by they truck at a traffic light they driver was at fault we agreed on everything they asked me to give them three quotes I did within a week with all other documents they had requested from me they after everything was quite then I had to now fight to know how far were there with the claim of wish I didn't get much help with from the person that I was dealing with so they finally decided to submit they claim to they insurance Santam but they insurance sent me more documents to fill I did that after that insurance says documents were sent to them with some documents missing but now unable to get hold of the person dealing with this from Pinetown galvanizing the same with Santam I'm being sent from pillar to post I'm giving up now handing this to the lawyer and I'll claim from my insurance they don't even deserve the one star they deserve nothing
