Booking in purpose made frames and locking plates with stop guides and brackets. Galvanized spotty and then used spray paint to cover defects. Lost locking plate and gave some random piece of steel to replace While charging full price

We galvanized a roof rack which my husband made. Andries was fantastic. He told us how to prep the racks and they did a great job. He runs the very busy yard with energy, order and authority while delivering great customer service. Andries is a real asset to the business. SA needs more men like him in charge of businesses!

Good day I tried to call Pinetown Galvanizing to get information on a little gate they galvinized for a contractor. After the first bit of rain and only a month old the gate is terribly damaged by rust. My carport is 5 years old, also galvanised and not a sign of rust. I needed their honest opinion was it the galvanizing or the contractor that damaged it while installing. The contracter says he don't have the invoice anymore??!# I want to check with them, WAS THIS GATE ACTUALLY GALVINIZED-PINETOWN GALVINIZING REFUSE TO ANSWER A CALL AND HAVE NO MESSAGE FACILITY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. WHAT IS PLAN B?

Good day I tried to call Pinetown Galvanizing to get information on a little gate they galvinized for a contractor. Last year November my car was hit by they truck at a traffic light they driver was at fault we agreed on everything they asked me to give them three quotes I did within a week with all other documents they had requested from me they after everything was quite then I had to now fight to know how far were there with the claim of wish I didn't get much help with from the person that I was dealing with so they finally decided to submit they claim to they insurance Santam but they insurance sent me more documents to fill I did that after that insurance says documents were sent to them with some documents missing but now unable to get hold of the person dealing with this from Pinetown galvanizing the same with Santam I'm being sent from pillar to post I'm giving up now handing this to the lawyer and I'll claim from my insurance they don't even deserve the one star they deserve nothing

<p>Been asking this company to pick up steel gates for me since last Monday, terrible service. A salesman by the name of Andries had told me everyday for the past week that their driver will pick up, still nothing. The driver doesn't even understand English and apparently gets lost everyday - what a driver hey. Poor hiring s****s by the HR department ofcourse because they hire people who can't understand. if the company doesn't want to pick up my stuff, tell the customer, don't make them a fool in front of their clients who require their stuff...</p>
