I bought a new phone and these daysPHONES DO NOT HAVE CHARGERS ANYMORE YOU MUST BY IT SEPERATELY. I discovered it at home. Went to my closest store PEP STORES HIBISCUS MARGATE Not even 4 months the charging cable came loose on the the copper sticks stuck in my phone. Went back after a long discussion they changed it. We went on holiday the second day the charger again did the same thing. NOT CHARGING, they said my brand new phone is the problem. Went to Telkom they pointed out to me the cheap junk charger was totaly loose at the end. taking it out THE EXAVT SAME THING, THE CONNECTION PIECE STUCK IN MY PHONE. D O N T BUY CHEAP JUNK CELLPHONE CHARGERS FROM PEP CELL OR PEP STORES. THE REFUSE TO CHANGE MY R150 BRAND NEW CABLE BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS NOT THEIR T LOSS THEY SENT IT BACK TO THE SUPPLIER. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN. If I have to keep all wrapping boxes sleeves name it and receipts from everything I buy at there store I would have to get another built in cupboard.
What a absolute incompetent Insurance company. 1st they are incompetent to calculate a correct quote. 18months!!! after I had my insurance with them they discovered oepsi we forgot to add the premium for the building to the debit order. *Secondly they raised my debit order with R700 without notifying me and THEY decided without consulting me that the value of the building must be raised to 2.7 million rand, My goodness they are not even aware that the valuer to replace your house at the current building cost is THAT YOU MULTIPLY THE SQUARE METERS OF YOUR HOUSE WOTH THE BUIL**** COST PER SQUARE METER. *3rd they were not ware that your car premium must go down every year because it is an older model *4th They were not aware that if you drive less than 10 000km a year there is a special discount. *5th They have no clue how to set a summary from their system of you claims since starting your Insurance with them. There system do not have that facility to pull up a claim history. OR IS IT THE SAME INCOMPETENT PERSON WHO miscalculated my premium from the start, that don't know how to send it to me after THREE(3) E MAIL REQUESTS?? SOUTH AFRICA think twice before you insure with outsurance save yourself a lot of suffering and disputes.
You just can't make this **** up. For 6 months Telkom is to incompetent to stop billing me on a expired!!!! ADSL contract. For the new LTE contract I NEVER!!!!! received a invoice for 6 months Excuse "they don't have my e mail address!!!. Dear oh dear. How would I received the previous contract invoice. Eventually the penny dropped after a twitter post and a lady called me-struggled to get the picture but it got sorted. THEY STILL OWE ME R703.05 CENT ON THE EXPIRED ADSL CONTRACT (GUESS I CAN KISS IT GOODBYE). STEALING AND DEALING is their forte. Currently AND FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS!!! TELKOM take a dt order EVERY MONTH!!!. without sending me a invoice!!!! As true as God made apples TODAY!!!! I RECEIVED A THREAT!! THAT I MUST PAY MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON MY LTE CONTRACT.(ON WHICH THEY ALREADY TAKE A DT ORDER) Now this is gonna be ANOTHER FIGHT for the next 6 months and I will probable be disconnected. The damage that BEE is doing to society is mind blowing.
If U have your insurance with outsurance check your dt order Without ANY NOTIFICATION my dt order was raise by 35% MORE THAN THE usual amount OF DT ORDER deducted, in November&December Their knavish way of ripping of pensioners&very possibly the public(They brag with a bonus that will be paid to you for no claims BUT they ALREADY IT collected from YOU, praying you will not notice)

I am actually surprised that this company have 1.9/10 on hellopeter.0 is a more accurate figure, I would rate them zero The list to describe there absolute unprofessional way in the property market is beyond shocking. I doubt if ANY of the agents comply with the most recent changes in the law required. Absolute shocking!! I have sold and bought 7 properties on the SC of KZN. Rawsons approached me, after I advertised as a private seller on the leaders in the field of property websites. ONLY WARNING to the public DON'T EVER CONSIDER TO DEAL WITH RAWSONS read why in google. Mrs Jordan is struggling now for more than a year after her term of contract has expired with Flexi Club. Her husband passed but she honoured the contract as a widow pensioner lady. The negligence! Lies! NO INTEREST! empty promises is uncountable!!! they literally steal her money every month be refusing to stop taking money from her account. She have suffered many inconvenience and multiple visits to the Margate Office AND THE HEAD LADY MANAGING MARGATE OFFICE said "bring me a box of chocolates and I will cancel it". I assume she do not receive a pay cheque every month- Flexi Club Margate how do you sleep at night stealing from a widow pensioner lady WHOM in writing a year ago left you industry after her term expired. It is disgusting how the public get ripped of by Flexi Club without blinking a eye. SHAME ON YOU do the right thing refund this widow pensioner lady and start doing the job you get paid for. Mrs Jordan do not owe you anything YOU OWE HER!!
Please can you add a 0 star review. 1 is not the real experience. I have no choice but to believe ALL the negative reviews on hellopeter.com to OUTSURANCE. There staff is incompetent and have no common sense!! When you start your insurance the sun and moon on a golden platter is offered. THEN what a shock you have to learn your house WAS NEVER INCLUDED! Outsurance said I lie, I never added my house-building and I said to them I have the recording of that conversation on record. They said they will listen to their recordings AND T H E N YES they apologise said the lady made a mistake it is her negligance causing this situation, their mistake and added the building AT A PRETTY PENNY. Today I tried to lodge a claim, sadly ended up with another incompetent person with no common sense. I am covered for electrical surge damaging appliances on my Policy....he ALSO told me that I only joined APRIL this year that is a lie!! just show you the incompetence! Itold him that is the revised date AFTER THEIR NEGLIGANT MISTAKE he said okay yes, that is the case. Second negligance , happened with first quote now happened with second quote! I said to him check you system and my profile you will see the original date of becoming a insured member on my profile, he said Oh okay you are right. I don't have time for small talk, Then he started to explain why the claim cannot be attended to because I cannot give him the EXACT DATE when surge damage started because of load shedding. AL previous damages I paid from my pensioner income, this is the first time I claim for this situation. My goodness this is not a accident with a date! and time! or a hurricane-weather storm with a date and time IT IS SO TYPICAL!! you pay a arm and a leg and then when you lodge a claim they don't pay try to get you of the hook, for months I have to walk out at night in KZN to manually start my water pump controller and it is a dangerous situation and of course ALSO the old old story, underestimating the intelligence of a old pensioner lady. DO EMPLOYEES GET A PERFOMANCE BONUS ON EVERY CLAIM THEY FILE IN THE BIN, ...just asking? I am not at all interested in his opinion and refusing to send me a number to lodge a claim. LET THE PUBLIC TAKE NOTE-don't!!! insure at OUTSURANCE their money is not where their mouth is. They have NO interest, you are a file number it is all about money money money and customer is no where part of the parcel.
