PLEASE answer your phone Pinetown Galvinising

Good day I tried to contact Pinetown Galvinising regarding galvanizing that was done by them, on a gate, to ask their opinion about terrible rust after the first rain and the gate is only one month old. Was it the galvanizing or the contracter that was not up to standard. They refuse to answer their phones and also don't have an message facility.
