Accident

Sixty 60 driver bumped my car and i reported this to checkers and gave me a number of the supervisor named Neil at Pingo. I sent him pictures and police report of the accident. Its been a month now and he has not responded or answering my calls. I got hold of him and asked about the following regarding my claim he said sorry he will do it. I need to use my car and he told me insurance will call me since then no insurance has called.
