Complaint

I was hired by CMC (agent) for pingo dot, year 2021. The following year i was correcting the supervisor which was ill treating the drivers (sixty 60) drivers, on my surprise he blocked 🚫 me i couldn't use app, and i asked him, "why I'm unable to log in" he said to me "just because you think you are a citizen you think you will correct me when i talk, well now I'm proving my powers to you " he said.

Year 2023 November i app**** again, well they took me back, as they take me back i changed my surname from my mother's to my father's surname. I only worked 7 days after that they put me on pause ⏸️, claiming that they suspect *****ulent, why i came back with different personal details, i gave them the proof from home affairs that i legally changed surname. They didn't pay me and they (pingo) are not allowing me to work, i phone the office in Benoni (Gauteng) to allow me to work, they said they are waiting for feedback from cape town Tyger valley pingo office for feedback and here in cape town they said they are waiting for GP to answer.

What do you suggest I have to do now?
