Mind blown...

<p>I am from Centurion and was in on my way back home from Secunda at +/- 14:30 Saturday afternoon (2017/02/25). As I was leaving Secunda, I hit a pothole which claimed my left front tyre.</p> <p><br />Upon phoning BMW-on-call I was informed that there was no "loan tyre" available that would fit my vehicle, and that I would have to stay over in Secunda until Monday to purchase a tyre as all businesses were closed already. (My vehicle has no spare wheel as it is equipped with RunFlat tyres).</p> <p><br />I took a chance phoning the local dealership however, and it paid off....</p> <p><br />The phone was answered promptly by an extremely helpful and friendly gentleman by the name of Danny. He listened to my situation and immediately proposed a solution. I must drive the car to the dealership, so that he could inspect the damage and assist me from there.</p> <p><br />Long story short, we were welcomed with open arms by all the dealership staff, offered coffee in the lounge area and best of all... Sorted out with a loan tyre so that we could continue our journey home.<br />Once again I would like to express my gratitude towards Jacques, Danny and all the other helpful staff members at Pinnacle Auto Secunda.</p> <p><br />To call me "impressed by this excellent service", would be the understatement of the century.</p>
