Pinnacle ******s

I had a problem with my garage door motor, Pinnacle sent someone out who said I need 2 new motors, I first had to pay R2520.00 then a day later the same problem, they then took the motor away and said I would have to pay R5700 for a new one. I then called my insurance, they sent someone out but had to get my motor returned for which I had to pay R999.00 just to have it returned by Pinnacle. The R2520 batteries were date stamped 2023 so not new and Pinnacle are not answering my calls or email regarding any refund on these batteries that are worthless. This business is totally ********* and dishonest.
