********* and *****ulent practices from Pinnacle Garage Doors I’m
My gate was stuck. My neighbor was here and suggested pinnacle and called them. They came the next day. Invoiced me for R5.500,00 for work and parts not done or replaced. The next day the gate didn’t open. I called them. Promised to come but to date after many calls and WhatsApp did not come back. I had someone come to see gate. He showed me the parts that I was charged for and dates on the parts 2023. that was not replaced. I have pics I. He replaced the wheels as there was nothing wrong with motor as charged. I sent pics to pinnacle and demanded my money back in an email. No response to date. They promised they would come the next morning but didn’t come after many calls. I tried to call the owner or manager Johan who was very rude and said they would come but all staff left. Invoice clearly states 24hour service. To date no response. They have blocked my WhatsApp. Not answering my calls. I am a sassa pensioner and this ***** for incomplete work, failure to rectify,lack of communication represents a significant financial loss due to this company’s ********* practices.

SHOCKING SERIVCE!!!
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. PUT *****S RIGHT THROUGH THE DOOR, TOOK MY RUBBER WEATERSTRIP DID NOT REPLACE IT ETC. I CALLED MANY TIMES NO REACTION, JUST PROMMISSES. I AM SORRY I EVER CONTACTED THEM. MY ADVICE IS TO STEER SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!!

Absolutely horrible. A bunch on Con-artists! Pathetic!
THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! Would most highly recommend that you positively DONT use this company. Based on my experience - they are supreme ******* artists. Shoddy service - if you can call it that! Inflated, padded invoices - and insisting on payment before leaving the premises! No quote supp**** prior - despite asking for one on a multitude of occasions! And then the job done shoddily! And then not responding to WhatsApp's - and not answering calls!! You have been warned........ See the host of similar extremely negative postings on this site!!!!

DO NOT USE THESE *****S...These are ****mers, Norman and Nicolas Nathan Swart are ********s. They followed up with me as a potential customer, calling and texting numerous times a day. Once the deposit was paid they started coming up with excuses, they now had a manufacturing backlog, then they wanted to increase the price claiming travel costs which were included but wanted to add more money. They played cat and mouse and end up blocking me and stole the R20790 we paid. DO NOT USE THIS *****ULENT COMPANY.

Pinnacle ******s
I had a problem with my garage door motor, Pinnacle sent someone out who said I need 2 new motors, I first had to pay R2520.00 then a day later the same problem, they then took the motor away and said I would have to pay R5700 for a new one. I then called my insurance, they sent someone out but had to get my motor returned for which I had to pay R999.00 just to have it returned by Pinnacle. The R2520 batteries were date stamped 2023 so not new and Pinnacle are not answering my calls or email regarding any refund on these batteries that are worthless. This business is totally ********* and dishonest.

I had a problem with my garage door motor, Pinnacle sent someone out who said I need 2 new motors, I first had to pay R2520.00 then a day later the same problem, they then took the motor away and said I would have to pay R5700 for a new one. Worst company ever.
These guys are by far the worst company that ever existed. The removed my shaft and motor to my roller shutter on the 11 of January 2024 and have never come to finish the work (Today 23/05/2024) I have made many calls, when you do get through they promise to get back to you but no one ever does. They do not respond to emails. The took R10 349.00 deposit and I am left with a broken Roller shutter. If anyone has a physical address for this company please mail me at dino@dicon.co.za.

Worst company ever.
These guys are by far the worst company that ever existed. The removed my shaft and motor to my roller shutter on the 11 of January 2024 and have never come to finish the work (Today 23/05/2024) I have made many calls, when you do get through they promise to get back to you but no one ever does. They do not respond to emails. The took R10 349.00 deposit and I am left with a broken Roller shutter. If anyone has a physical address for this company please mail me at dino@dicon.co.za.

Exorbitant fees by Pinnicle Garage Motors
I had the worst experience with a company in years. Called Pinnacle Garage doors to check out my motor as it was sluggish. They arrived within 30 min, and spend 24 min in total, while I was observing. Immediately just changed the two batteries [charged R1300] and without asking me proceed to remove and replace the door nylon rollers [R1890]. Checked if the door is working. On the invoice I was charged for service of the motor [R899] and service of the door [R429, both of these were NOT done. Total with VAT was R5195 for 24 min work! No quote given before they started. Not to make a scene I paid, but my complaint afterwards to the company received NO response. Be warned stay clear of these sharks.
