My gate was stuck. My neighbor was here and suggested pinnacle and called them. They came the next day. Invoiced me for R5.500,00 for work and parts not done or replaced. The next day the gate didn’t open. I called them. Promised to come but to date after many calls and WhatsApp did not come back. I had someone come to see gate. He showed me the parts that I was charged for and dates on the parts 2023. that was not replaced. I have pics I. He replaced the wheels as there was nothing wrong with motor as charged. I sent pics to pinnacle and demanded my money back in an email. No response to date. They promised they would come the next morning but didn’t come after many calls. I tried to call the owner or manager Johan who was very rude and said they would come but all staff left. Invoice clearly states 24hour service. To date no response. They have blocked my WhatsApp. Not answering my calls. I am a sassa pensioner and this ***** for incomplete work, failure to rectify,lack of communication represents a significant financial loss due to this company’s ********* practices.
