My daughter took a laptop in for repairs in November after exams. Pinnacle promised to send a quote and never did. We were away in December. I went through in January to find out the issue. The staff closed the job card and created a new one and sent a quote within 24 hours. We paid immediately. This was before 10 January. We have received an email saying 4 weeks for parts. On calling this week to check in the status - no one answers the phone and puts us through to different departments if they do answer. Then we were cut off. I went in again and was assured that parts were due yesterday and was told NOT to phone but to email today. Today Lerato sent back a one line. "Parts have been ordered and waiting time is 4 yo 6 weeks" so from when were they just ordered, is the laptop actually still there, when is the 4 - 6 weeks up.....so many questions. Can we fetch the laptop and take it back when the parts have arrived? My daughter classes start mid Feb. What should I do?

Horrible service and customer treatment. Waited months for my refund on the warranty. I honestly want to sue these idiots. If you find yourself talking to Warren Peters, ask for another agent

Extended warranty for my HP laptop is covered by Pinnacle . After a week no feedback from technical support after numerous calls and email. All you can do is leave a message but nobody returns the call.Today at 15:45 II was told technical support were at lunch so no reply Unacceptable poor service
