Cartrack do not respond to Whatsapp messages . After repeatedly calling Customer Care the technician has not not arrived at time booked and confirmed in writing to fit new device. Cartrack will not give you the technicians number to find out what is happening.
Temu does not send the products that you ordered. Of the 3 products 2 were totally different and the quality of the correct product poor
On 5 August I called to have my tracker tested as requested by Outsurance and was told it was flagged as it had not been responding for 2 months. There is no insurance cover if the vehicle is ****** and the tracker is not working. Why was I never contacted ? I was told I would be contacted the same day to book a repair. Nobody called so I sent an email on 8 August but I have not received a reply or a call from anyone. On 16 August I called again and spoke to 4 different people explaining my concern, I was told a team leader ( who will remain nameless) would call before end of the day. He never called. On 21 August I called again and requested to speak to the team leader who didn't take the call. I sent him a detailed email requesting to be called and a reply to my email. I have had no response again. The technical department then booked a repair for the following day at 15:00. Again nobody arrived. I tried to call the Service Manager but he never answered the phone. I managed to book another repair for the following day. The technician arrived and repaired the tracker. He told me Cartrack App showed that my tracker had not worked for 2 years not 2 months and I have been paying monthly premiums for nothing !! Unacceptable that Cartrack never give you a reference number when making a call or booking a repair. When holding on for a call to be transferred nobody ever comes back to you. Please Avoid Cartrack
Bought Fitbit 5 due to best price. After 5 months watch stopped working. I logged a return online. I received an Immediate response to my request for a replacement. Faulty watch was collected the following day and a new replacement delivered a day later. Ongoing emails regarding the pickup and delivery. Excellent sales and after sales service.

Order was due for delivery 13 Sept for Gatorskin tyres. Never received and no reply to 2 emails. Cannot get a refund.
Extended warranty for my HP laptop is covered by Pinnacle . After a week no feedback from technical support after numerous calls and email. All you can do is leave a message but nobody returns the call.Today at 15:45 II was told technical support were at lunch so no reply Unacceptable poor service

Paid online order never delivered. Cant get anyone to answer my call to cancel and get a refund. Tried emailing web@nfg.co.za for answers. Useless they just refer you back to the store. Unacceptable poor service. These are BADFELLOWS to buy from. Go elsewhere
