Still waiting for an item that was ordered in January. After my first enquiry regarding the order, I was told that the item had been sent back to storage. Do not know why. Two weeks later I enquired again and was informed that the part was on its way and would be delivered within 24–48 hours. Two weeks later, there is still no delivery and no proper feedback. Very disappointing service and communication. Based on this experience, I will not support them again.

I had found an item on BikeInn which was very well priced, and decided to come over here to see the reviews. I was disturbed by the many 1* posts, however there was a common thread which seemed to be delivery, by our beloved postal system. Now i had, many years ago, used TradeInn for some running gear and the only option for shipment was via post and the items took over 2 months to arrive - TradeInn were able to tell me that the parcel had been shipped and had arrive in SA, but then everyone was at a loss... Anyway back to this experience... Given the compelling offer, I decided to take the plunge - BikeInn now offers both UPS and DHL, for not much more than the vapid postal service. I chose DHL, and this is what happened: - item bought on sunday evening, with eta Friday - dispatch confirmed by 8:00 on monday morning - Granular visibility from DHL ensued, i was able to see every minute move from barcelona, to brussels, to london, to johannesburg - customs clearance was done online and sorted by Tuesday midday - parcel landed in SA on Wednesday morning, and was delivered by 15:00 this was an absolutely STELLAR service performance in every way. This also in no small way thanks to DHL who have not so much upped their game, as launched it into orbit, and not even earth orbit, more like solar orbit. So in short: anyone wanting to use BikeInn - select the DHL shipping option, and enjoy absolutely STELLAR service! Obviously you will want to bundle products, and this lends itself to items of high value density (my order was R12k, and it cost R650 in shipping and R250 in admin) As my products were manufactured in Europe and were not clothing there were no duties, only 15% VAT.

Don't use this online store if you are based in South Africa. It took 4 weeks for my order to arrive here. They charged a lot of money for delivery and import charges. Now they inform me that my order can be collected at the post office if I pay another R 150. Absolutely useless. A *******. BEWARE!!!

I purchased a USWE Outlander Prohydration Backpack (2L) from BikeInn and received confirmation on 5 February 2025 that my order was on its way. Nearly two months later, the event for which I bought it has already passed, and my order still hasn’t arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact BikeInn to inquire about the status of my order, my efforts have been unsuccessful. If I had known about these issues beforehand, I would never have purchased this item from BikeInn.

I have been trying to buy a product from bikeinn. Com When I search for the product I am interested in it shows that it is available at bikein, but when I try to order on their website it is not available. I tried contacting them (email, phone, chatbot) without any joy. When trying to call them the 1 phone number they have is ALWAYS busy so that's useless. I tried to email them, but I am refered back to their web site's "contact us" and the runaround goes on and on. So so sad about this bad encounter but it is what it is BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to buy a product from bikeinn. Com When I search for the product I am interested in it shows that it is available at bikein, but when I try to order on their website it is not available. Disgusting store in principle. I made an order at bikeinn for ~ $ 50 with delivery. On the same day, while I was sleeping, my order was somehow incomprehensibly canceled without explanation. The cancellation letter states that order # 27482445 was canceled "at my request", although I did not. When trying to solve a problem through technical support, there is no answer for two days after the request, but the status of the request was changed to "resolved". The money was not returned.
