Frustrating that both mobile banking app and internet banking does not allow me to access proof payment from credit card payments. Debit card is fine and works well. This, to my understanding, has been escalated to Standard Bank before, yet one of the most important features of a banking app is missing. So disappointing...
If there was a star for zero instead of 1, I would have chosen it. Definately a ****. Stay away. No response to.mails. Money lost. Never again!
Worst company to do business with! Product ordered and paid for is missing. No replies or communication from company. Terrible, terrible experience. Never, ever again. Avoid like the plague

Their products may be cheap and ranges wide, but do not let this fool you. If you get your order delivered, as you ordered it - it would be a miracle. Their customer service personnel are not equipped to deal with queries and have to resort to lying and promises that are not kept. They are quick to take your money but getting what you paid for and delivery as you requested are not on their mission statement. I would never ever use this company again. Period
I would like to acknowledge two consultants from Flight Centre Stellenbosch Square, namely Petrie vd Merwe and Anje Klosterman who delivered excellent guidance, service and professionalism. If ever you need a partner in international travel, it's Flight Centre Stellenbosch Square and these two pillars.
Once you've returned the rental vehicle and received the final invoice indicating that they owe you R5595 as a return on the deposit that was paid, good luck in getting the money back. Numerous mails have sent, the last one not even being answered. It's now been 2 weeks since I returned the vehicle. This is an additional income stream for them keeping customers' deposits and delaying the reimbur*****t as long as possible. Shocking business model. I'll give them a wide berth in future
I don't know why SB call's it a Call Centre. An automated voice telling me to be patient for 30minutes does nothing to my patience. I've just given up. Frustratingly poor. As an alternative, I found a place where you can ask SB to call YOU back. Needless to say, after logging requests twice, I am still waiting and no linger holding my breath. This lack of service has become the norm unfortunately.
