I was issued with a compliance certificate from a insurance claim service provider, I was unsure of the workmanship and contacted PIRB. What an absolute pleasure. They are well versed and on point with the legalities. They did not hesitate to assist me and sent a investigator to do an audit. The work done was ******* do was the COC and the plumbers registration expired. My insurance company still ignores the issue
