PIRB IS THE WORST DAYLIGHT ROBBERS

If there was 0 star I would rate this bunch of thieves. Every plumber even if they are legal in the industry for more that 20 years are bullied down to the ground. Robbed with their hard worked money. Every year they bring in more into the system to make the average plumber suffer more. First the CPD points system.. Plumbers are working outside in the construction industry. They can not sit infront of the computer the whole day like the bunch at pirb that sits in their offices the whole day searching where to steal more from the plumber. Again the took away the paper based COCs we can buy from instore for R178. Now you have to buy online from PIRB paper based for R441 for them to send. If you choose to register the COC electronically they don't allow you to print it you have to buy paper based. They are so clever because they know that each home owner need a copy for insurance etc. How can someone be a thief like this? I have never seen a filthy bunch of people like this.
