This company is possibly the worst company ever. They a start up company with Directors that expect hundreds of thousands of rands worth of turnover from the get go. With little to no assistance. The goals post always changing and unrealistic expectations. The directors of this horrible company pride themselves as Christian’s but failed to do the basics of the Christian faith. Even Jesus said, “the worker is worthy of its wage”. They never paid me (I was fortunate to have had a great family structure to assist me while they didn’t even bother to pay me). Weeks after I was dismissed for not meeting this Unrealistic goal. My assistant also got the boot, she apparently also didn’t achieve a unrealistic goal. I was informed to start legal action against them at the CCMA which I started, but when I found a company that needed my expertise I took a job. And I reluctantly didn’t proceed with any action. I have a couple people on record that they have done this to in the past. The one director Thinus du Plessis is a known at the CCMA for doing this, his reputation supersedes him. I worked for the for just over 2 months, and was paid in full for my time I used to work for them. They were full of promises of a laptop, cellphone, petrol and and and. While working there I spent my money calling clients, they didn’t even have a proper landline for me to use. I had to beg for days to get 2 AA batteries for a mouse. They couldn’t even supply the basics. I’m writing this review to warn customers and potential people seeking employment with them. Steer clear, for they will do to you what they have done to do many. I don’t want any money or anything from Gist and the directors Thinus du Plessis and Eugene Yntema. I hope you learn a valuable lesson in life. Treat people with respect and dignity and they will work hard for you, treat them like you did, and your business will fail.

Contacted Thinus Du Plessis from Pixel Perfect who advised me that he had the perfect product for my requests. He then put me onto a colleague of his, Ben Moolman. What a complete waste of my time. After being paid their deposits, i could NEVER get hold of Thinus and Ben just kept deferring me to "his developers". Up to today, i still haven't received my promised refund which goes to tell the characters of these people. Some people just don't have morals. Don't use Pixel Perfect or Gist Technologies.

Hi my fiance and I were looking for a company to do our wedding invites and we came across a company called Pixel Perfect Designs in Bryanston (Sandton). Owners names are Nomisha and Sashen. We called them for a quote and they came back to us pretty quickly getting the design and layout sorted. That was the only time we had a good impression of their customer service. They gave us a run around and excuses after excuses why they couldn't get a certain paper and so forth... We were patient enough to give them time to organise this, but they kept giving us empty promises. Now three months before our wedding we don't have invites. They decided not to do the invites after we had given them the deposit. As a customer of theirs we kept asking them what is happening with our order eventually they blocked our numbers on WhatsApp and emails and not take calls. They said we are harassing them, but surely as a client we are allowed to follow up on what's happening. After 1 to 2 weeks of ignoring us they sms us not even a phone call, to say they not doing the invites they got a courier to give back our envelopes and ribbon and our deposit. This highly unprofessional what they did to us. So be aware of first impressions with them.
