Unacceptable treatment

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We stopped by with my 6-year-old child who urgently needed to use the toilet. To my shock, the staff refused to let a small child use the restroom unless we bought food first.

This is not only unreasonable but incredibly heartless. A basic level of human decency should allow a child in need to use the bathroom, regardless of whether we planned to order or not. Instead, we were met with cold, unhelpful attitudes and a complete lack of compassion.

We left immediately. I would never support a place that prioritizes a minor transaction over the dignity and well-being of a child. Extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.
