****roach in Pizza

Dearest Pizza Time Grassy Park.

Let me first say, I have never named and shamed a food establishment ever! But after finding a ****roach in one of 5 pizzas that was bought and you telling me there's nothing you can do!!! Well then I guess this is the route to go. I followed procedure and phoned you first to tell you and now I get told you can't do anything about it!!

Obviously your kitchen is dirty. What do I get out of doing this? Absolutely nothing! I want to warn others of your dirty establishment and your poor customer service. Thank you
